For 30 years, CCWC's TV program, Books and the World,
has featured author interviews, and is recognized by Writers
Digest as one of the longest-running cable access programs
of its kind in the country. Twice a month at the Community
Media Center in South Yarmouth, two authors are interviewed
with the production assistance of Board members and CCWC
member crew. The show is broadcast initially to 60,000
households on the Mid-Cape, and then the tapes are circulated
throughout the Cape and parts of southeastern Massachusetts.
