Our Membership Campaign is still on!

NEW MARKETING AND PUBLICITY OPPORTUNITY FOR CCWC MEMBERS: LINK YOUR WEBSITE TO OURS

If you become a Patron ($100 annually), we will link your website to ours on a special page where we will include a sentence promoting you.

REACH YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE!

Be a publicity-savvy writer. Promote your book or website to our members and the global market we have begun to reach on our new website!

We are reaching more writers and readers on and off Cape Cod, especially younger ones, in part by expanding our programming and using our newsletter, Wavelength, as a clearinghouse for literary information and events. We will be adding new features to it later this year, such as book reviews by our members, and a column on the craft of writing by members of our Advisory Board.

We have added a new category of membership-- Student Membership, for students from age 12 to 21. There will be some restrictions on participation under the student membership. Ask at CCWC office for details.

You should find that the PayPal feature (BELOW) will enable easier purchase of your CCWC membership, and eventually for CCWC programs and the (ALL NEW!) CCWC products. You will be able to register on-line for our Pathways to Publications programs restarting in early November, 2008 with "A Weekend with the Agents."

Also look for the handsome new tee shirts, tote bags and other CCWC products in the conference bookstore.

Membership Levels and Benefits

Annual Membership Fee: $35 (through the end of 2008)

Student Membership: $20 (For students age 12 to 21; some restrictions apply)

Our regular membership will remain at this price for the rest of 2008, but will increase in 2009, as we add more services and programs. Among them, we strive within the next few years to acquire a wi-fi space of our own where writers can write, read, and mingle.

Benefits of Annual Membership for Writers:

Many of our programs are for members only:

Writers Groups

We now have six Writers Groups around the mid-Cape and Falmouth and will be adding more down-Cape and on the Upper Cape, all requiring membership to participate.

A popular new gathering of members for dinner and networking once a month.
